It’s easy to order an appraisal. Here’s how:
1. Download the Appraisal One Appraisal Request PDF.
2. You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer. (You may already have this program installed.)
3. Print out form and fill out as accurately as possible.
4. Fax Appraisal Request to 1-866-704-6542. The barcode at the bottom of the form will link your appraisal order directly into our electronic ordering system.

5. You will be contacted via email to confirm your order.

When ordering, you can choose the following:

COD – Let us know that we can expect payment prior to delivery of the final report. Please ensure that all checks or money orders are made payable to Appraisal One.

Net 30 – Frequent customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting our billing department.
